Returns & Refunds policy

QChild primarily provides services, consultations, programs and digital resources.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of service, booking, consultation, membership or digital product purchased.

Digital products, memberships, subscriptions, Parent Hub access, downloadable resources and accessed platform content are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered. Cancellation of future renewals may be requested at any time prior to the next billing cycle. QChild does not provide refunds for partial use, change of mind, unused time, or dissatisfaction relating to individual outcomes.

Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated as early as possible.

QChild reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis where applicable.
