Yes. We help families better understand behaviour, emotions, routines, and everyday challenges using calm and practical support strategies.
② “Do I need an autism or ADHD diagnosis?”
No. Many families join because they simply want more support with behaviour, emotions, routines or communication.
③ “Is this NDIS funded?”
Some services may be available through eligible NDIS funding depending on your child’s plan and support goals.
④ “What makes QChild different?”
We combine behavioural understanding, practical family support, and QChild app tools to help make everyday life feel calmer and more manageable.
⑤ “Do you work with schools?”
Yes. Support may include school routines, emotional support, communication and home-school consistency.
⑥ “How is QChild different from traditional therapy?”
QChild combines behavioural understanding with practical everyday implementation, helping families use strategies more consistently outside formal sessions.
⑦ “Can I start with a free consultation?”
Yes. We offer a free short consultation to learn more about your child and your family’s needs.
⑧ “What age groups do you support?”
We primarily support children and young people across early childhood and school-age years.
⑨ “Do parents need behaviour training?”
No. QChild is designed to make support feel simple, practical and family-friendly.
⑩ “My child behaves differently at home and school. Is that normal?”
Yes. Many children respond differently depending on routines, demands, environments, and emotional load.
⑪ “What if I already feel overwhelmed as a parent?”
Many families feel this way. QChild is designed to make support feel calmer, simpler, and more manageable.
⑫ “Do you only support autistic children?”
No. QChild supports a wide range of behavioural, emotional, communication, and daily routine challenges.
⑬ “Can support happen at home, school, or in the community?”
Depending on the service type, support may be available across home, school, and community settings.
⑭ “What if my child refuses to participate?”
That is very common. Support is adjusted gradually based on the child’s comfort, readiness, and trust.
⑮ “Do you offer online support or resources?”
Yes. QChild also provides app tools, parent resources, and practical everyday guidance.
⑯ “Can families choose only the support they need?”
Yes. Families can start with simple app tools through Parent Hub, add ongoing Family Support if needed, or access one-off Coaching Packages for more focused guidance. Supports can be used individually or combined depending on the child’s goals, routines, and family needs.
⑰ “What if I only want app support right now?”
That is completely fine. Many families start with Parent Hub first to access practical tools, routines, visuals, and everyday support strategies at their own pace.
⑱ “Can we upgrade support later?”
Yes. Families can begin with Parent Hub and later move into Family Support, Coaching Packages, or more individualised support if needed.
⑳ “Do I need to attend therapy sessions every week?”
Not always. Some families only need practical tools and occasional guidance, while others prefer more regular support depending on their goals.

Yes. QChild supports everyday routines such as transitions, bedtime, emotional regulation, waiting, communication, school preparation, and daily family structure using practical and behaviour-informed support strategies.

No. QChild supports a wide range of behavioural, emotional, communication, and everyday routine challenges across different levels of support needs.
